Our staff are here round the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Providing support and reassurance to those who need it, whatever the time of day. Our personal alarms when pressed will be automatically transferred to our call centre where one of our friendly team will be there to help, no matter what time of day it is. This is particularly beneficial for the elderly or those with long term health conditions such as dementia who may need help in the middle of night.
We have helped many clients who have fallen in the middle of the night when getting up to use the toilet and without our assistance, may have been laying on the floor for a considerable amount of time. If we are unable speak to the client through the microphone on the unit because they are too far away, perhaps upstairs in their bedroom and the unit is in their lounge, we will call one of the two keysafe holder’s or the emergency services.
We would all take comfort knowing that help can be sent for when it is needed.
